I cannot open anything besides PDF's from LEAP directly. LEAP support looked into it and "escalated me". Our I.T. cannot figure it out either.

I haver the exact opposite problem. I cannot open pdfs though Leap.
The latest upgrade has many problems. Everything has slowed down, Outlook, LawConnect, emails, etc. When will this be addressed?
I am having this same issue again. It has been escalated but I have been 48 hours with no connection and have gone through two LEAP support members.
I have noticed that for the past month or so, when I send an outlook email through leap, it takes a really long time for the email to generate. A separate issue that I am still waiting for resolution on is that I am not able to save my outlook emails to Leap on my Mac devices. I previously was able to do this. I have been told it is being worked on but it has been almost a month.
I have been advised that LEAP is not compatible with the New Microsoft Outlook. I have gone back to Outlook (classic) and the com add-in's and the web add-in's sometimes clash requiring one to disable an occasional offending add-in. Hopefully Leap and Outlook can work together to get these problems solved. These problems make Leap difficult to work with from time to time.
I was aware of the issues on compatibility with the New Microsoft, however this issue is stemming from the classic version and have been without a fix for about a month now.
