When sending a link to lawconnect, all the documents get "scrambled" because it is not automatically sorted alphanumerically like other platforms. I reached out to LEAP and they do not have a solution for it as of now. Any suggestions?

Thank you for reaching out. When your client receives the LawConnect link, when they first open it there is a filter button titled "Display" on the right. That filter can be set by Name or Date. They should only have to set that filter once, unless they clear their browser cache.
