Since updating to the new version of LEAP, response to even the most basic commands is very slow. Our IT tech has updated our Microsoft 365 and our Adobe Pro, has checked LEAP compatibility, and taken care of antivirus exceptions. Even so, it takes much longer to open any kind of document, and I get repeated "not responding" bars across the top. They disappear, but they happen all the time. Any suggestions or help?

Yes! Experiencing similar issues as well.
Thanks, Cheri. I'm hoping someone from LEAP will provide some help. I'm also wondering if the new version wasn't quite ready for the public.

Was this slowness resolved? We are having similar issues after upgrading.
Not really. Some things have gotten better, but often response time to even simple actions (e.g., opening a document) is much longer than it ever was. Most frustrating is scrolling down through a document list in a matter. It halts after each click on the down/up arrows instead of moving smoothly.
