Scansnap working fine on Tuesday, Replaced desktop on Wednesday, reloaded LEAP and all programs, NO Scan to LEAP on Scansnap. Was told not supported any longer by LEAP. How can it go away in 24 hours? Suggestions?

Hello Andy,
Thank you for contacting the LEAP HelpDesk. The 'TWAIN - Scan a Document...' and 'Scan to LEAP' features has been removed to improve security for LEAP users.
You have the ability save scanned documents to matters in LEAP using either of these options:
1. Email - The user scans a document to an email as a PDF, then save that attachment directly to a matter in LEAP.
2. Import - The user scans a document to a folder (locally or on the network), then imports the file(s) directly into the matter.
3. A further option available is to contact any number of selected vendors who offer scanning as part of an overall expense recovery solution. Go to Menu > App Marketplace and check under Productivity. PrintSmart or Cilantro MF Papercut integrations are options.

This is a negative development. Scan to Leap was quite useful and should be restored.
