John Donnelly (Customer) asked a question.
I create an email using the "New Email" button in "Detail & Correspondence". An email pops open in Outlook. A box pops up with a list of email addresses to choice from. I select an email address, for example, "Vera Charles," who is 4th down on the list of emails. If I do not click on the "To," "CC," or "BCC" buttons quickly enough (approx 3 seconds), the attention of the list goes to the first listed email recipient, opposing counsel "Myles Standish". I then click "To," and the 1st person on the email list, "Myles Standish," populates the "To" field; I thus send the email to the wrong person.
Three seconds is not enough time. Is there a fix for this?

Hi John,
For this issue, please confirm that you have the Outlook address book option turned off in the LEAP Automation Settings. These can be found by clicking the little arrow on the bottom right hand corner on the LEAP for Outlook Save to Matter button. We also recommend updating to the latest LEAP version here.
If you have further issue, please log a call by emailing support@leap.us or start a support chat here at community.leap.us.
