How can you add contacts to a matter when they are not a part of the actual matter, I do not want their name to appear in the heading or the matter, but I would like to add additional contacts to a matter.

I have my client, who wants us to also communicate with his mother when we contact him, how can I add her without her name being included in the matter. Thank you
