Phillip Simon (Customer) asked a question.
Hello - I am new to LEAP and looking for guidance. I am conflict counsel for the county court. I have numerous clients that the county pays my monthly fees on for representation. LEAP set up each client as it's own separate matter. I have the county as client #1 in each matter and my actual client entered as client #2.
Is there a way that I can pull all matters for the county together for billing, so I can submit one invoice, instead of doing separate invoices for each matter? Is there a better way I should be entering these items to accomplish the same goal? Any help is greatly appreciated.

I'm pretty sure the invoices have to be separate, but if you go in to Client #1's card and click on the print button, you will get a PDF statement of account that will show all the invoices for Client #1. When we have one client with lots of different client names we set up a dummy card and set it as the debtor, e.g. If I am Wolf, Inc., I will set up a Card called "Wolf Accounting", so whether the matter is Wolf, Inc. or Scott Wolf, or Wolf Bros, LLC, all the invoices can always be aggregated on statement of account and sent to the same place.
