James Dennison (Customer) asked a question.
When I initiate an email from within a Matter when I am using Leap on my android phone or my iPad (IOS), all of my contacts come up and are available to add to the email. When I am using Leap on my desktop, which is about 90% of the time, the only contacts available are my Staff and contacts added to the Matter. I'm finding it difficult to accept this limitation of such an important part of my daily work, but Leap tells me that Leap is working as designed and if I want to be able to use my contacts to send emails, I could make that suggestion in the feedback for the program.
How does everyone else use their contacts to send email? We have used Time Matters for more than 20 years and fully expected to be able to use my contacts to send emails in Leap. I find it hard to believe that Leap does not have the same functionality in its desktop version. What am I missing here?

I second this and if you post in ideas hub, I will be sure to comment there. we've been at this for 4.5 years, and while LEAP is sometimes slow, they are listening. We maintain a separate outlook database so don't have the problem, but I'd rather have everything in LEAP as well.
