Tracy Tirey (Customer) asked a question.
I was promised the program would Include this program with from WealthCounsel LLC back in December. When I signed up in February, I found that it was not yet available. I was then promised it would be available by the end of February. Now we are in the middle of May, and I’m still not seeing it. Anyone heard if we will ever get access to this?

Hello Tracy,
Trust Administration matter types are currently available. To create a Trust Administration matter:

Nevermind. I think you misunderstood my question. WC Trust Administration module is still not connected to LEAP. I am wanting to know when that will happen.
Was this ever announced? I migrated to LEAP from WC and just realized I lost the Trust Administration module. I'm frustrated I wasn't told this wasn't available. :/
No this was not announced. I was told before signing up last December that all modules would be available, then I was told the Admin Module would be available at the end of February. I haven’t received any updates since then. I don’t know if you realized, but the new Estate planning questionnaire module that was recently announced is also not available with LEAP. They still have a lot of kinks to work out.
Agreed. I'm feeling buyer's remorse - and yes, I noticed that about the planning questionnaire as well! I don't understand how this is happening, to be honest, since I thought LEAP bought WealthCounsel and that the integration was their top focus. It certainly sounded that way at Symposium! I keep getting different information from each person I talk to at LEAP. There is no way to unwind the integration or get a stand-alone with the administration module, sadly. I tried.
LEAP, please respond to my original question. I was promised this last December and would not have transferred out to Clio if I had known that not all Wealthcounsel aspects would be available or that it would be so difficult to use Wealthcounsel once I had transitioned. This is very frustrating. I took on clients with the understanding that this was available. Now I have to reinvent the wheel with every case!
Tracy - I stumbled on a workaround. Hopefully it is okay for me to provide my email: malea@mmklawpc.com.
