Can someone explain how to save an email to an email subfolder from outlook. Now I save to the main matter folder and then have to move them to the subfolder manually. Thanks. Judson Carusone

Dear Judson,
To save an email to a specific folder:
- Open the email in Outlook
- Click the Save to Matter button (as opposed to the Save to LEAP Web add-in in Outlook which does not have this option.)
- On the bottom of the matter selection window that opens, click the 'Select Folder' button.

Hi @Judson Carusone (Customer) - To add to my colleague's comment, you can also choose a folder when saving from outlook. Open the email, click save to LEAP, this will open the matter list for you in another window, you should then choose the matter to save it to, and at the bottom of that screen there should be an option of which folder to save it to!
