CommunityI am not able to open PDF files saved in my matter. I get an alert that says it is already open for editing. It is not open. I do ask to re-open and they still do not open.

    We had/have same issue. We were told to revert to the former version of Adobe because the new version is not yet playing nice with Leap, but come to find out, in most cases, our team did not have the new version! We have found that if Adobe is already open, it works. May want to try that until this gets sorted out.
