I'm trying to print Overdue Notices. However, when I pull up the "Overdue Notices" window, all of my invoices are grayed out. I'm new to LEAP so I'm not sure if I might be missing something. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
Hi @Miranda Wooten (Customer). Thank you for reaching out to us here at our community site. Over due invoices can only be printed from the over due invoice screen if you are charging interest. If you are not charging interest, you can go to the invoice mailing screen and change the invoice status to open, this will pull up all unpaid invoices that can then be resent to the client as past due.
