Does anyone else have issues where you say to save a document to a specific folder, but it saves it to another folder instead? This has happened to me more than a handful of times and I don't know how to fix it.

    also it is saving documents from one case to a wrong case. often! not just in folders of a case. please help me fix this issue. Thank you.
