James Dennison (Customer) asked a question.
We have always used Time Matters and have recently moved to Leap. We have always used Time Matters as our email program and didn't start using Outlook until we switched to Leap. Our contacts transferred to Leap but when we open a new email in Leap, the Leap contacts do not populate the email because the email addresses were not transferred to Outlook when the data was transferred from TM. Of course, Leap support tells me it's not their problem. My question is has anyone successfully created a CSV file with Time Matters contacts that can be imported into Microsoft 365 Business and used globally by all users in our office? I have had success importing to my personal Outlook account, but I am having trouble with global contacts being accepted by Outlook. Any info on how to accomplish this would be appreciated.
