These cookies are necessary for the website to function and cannot be switched off in our systems. They are usually only set in response to actions made by you which amount to a request for services, such as setting your privacy preferences, logging in or filling in forms. You can set your browser to block or alert you about these cookies, but some parts of the site will not then work. These cookies do not store any personally identifiable information.
These cookies allow us to count visits and traffic sources so we can measure and improve the performance of our site. They help us to know which pages are the most and least popular and see how visitors move around the site. All information these cookies collect is aggregated and therefore anonymous. If you do not allow these cookies we will not know when you have visited our site, and will not be able to monitor its performance.

HI @Terri Warfield (Customer) ! Thanks for reaching out to us here on our community site. If the email is created in LEAP, from within the email folder then the email will save to the email folder. If the email is made from the top level or the root folder, that is where the email will save. If the email is started from outlook it will only save to the top level of folders and you will need to move it to the email folder.
If you have any additional questions or this does not answer your question, please reach out to us via support chat or send us an email to: support@leap.us.
Kind Regards,
Lori Villiarola

Thank you, I was certain I was not doing something.
Hi Terri I spoke out of turn as well. If you start the email in outlook, when you click save to matter, you will have the ability to choose a folder as well!
Thank you, I have actually done that also.
