Hi @Brian Rich (Customer)! Thank you for reaching out to us here on our community page! Those fields are not available on people cards. If you need this data for the matter, you should be able to right click into the matter and choose edit table types and add additional fields that this matter can be entered on. This will also depend on the matter type being used and what fields are available for that type.

Given it isn’t possible, this is a suggestion that should be made to the software engineers for LEAP. It should be an easy fix to add the fields for company and title to a person’s card. That would also make template letters, etc. more efficient rather than needing to manually enter the information.
Also, I’m not clear on why there is different information stored in People as contrasted with their card. It seems that all of the information could be combined in 1 record rather than having some in 1 and some in another. This is especially true for notes about the person. It is unwieldy to have to check for notes about the person in 2 separate places.
