Can you delete a batch of invoices; or can you adjust a batch to run through a different time period?

  • HI @Sylvia Rutkowska (Customer)​ thank you for reaching out to us here on community. You can not delete a batch of invoices if they are finalized. If the batch is still in draft, you can delete and recreate for a different period of time.     Yes, my question was how you delete a batch of draft invoices - can you delete a batch rather than individually having to into the matters and delete each invoice. I.e. how do you delete draft invoices in bulk?

      If you go into the Accounting Tab and click Change Invoice Status, you can check off the draft invoices you want to delete. Right click and you'll have an option to delete the selected invoices.

  • @Sylvia Rutkowska (Customer)​ my apologies for the misunderstanding of your question. I thought you wanted to delete an entire batch. Amanda did provide you with the proper process.
