Thank you for reaching out to us here. Each user can create their own quick texts for timesheet use. To do so, open your time sheet and go Tools then auto text. You can click add and create the Letters you wan to type which will then spell out your descriptions. There are also some short cut keys that can be found here: https://community.leap.us/s/article/LEAP-Timesheet-options-explained#@shortcut-keys.
