When I had my data moved from Time Matters to Leap, for some matters I had hundreds of emails that I wanted to move into an email folder. I asked my PMA if there was a way to move multiple ones other than holding the CTRL key down and clicking each one. I also researched her but found no other way. With some experimentation I found that if you first sort the Type column so that all of the same type are together, then select the first one, (make sure to select the first one before doing t his next step) then hold down the Shift and CTRL keys and using the mouse go down to the last one on the list and select it. All of them will now be highlighted so that you can right click and move to the folder you want.
