Needing help and best practices to upload intake forms on firm's website using Perfect Portal services

Hi Misty, the email you provided is no longer working. I'm getting bounced back emails whenever I try to reach out to them. Do you have a new contact at Perfect Portal you would be willing to share?
I've also submitted their contact form multiple times without reply. It's been about month now.

This is a useless thread, should just delete it. Why is it so hard to create an intake form for prospective clients? Cosmolex (my previous practice management software) allowed me to onboard a client and get paid within minutes
