I just took a call from a client who is listed as a "person" under their business card. When logging the call in the call log, the name of the caller only pulls up as the business name and does not include the actual person calling. Is there a way for the call log to display the individual associated with a business card on the call log so we know who from the business is actually expecting a call back?

Hello Joy,
Call logs cards will only take the main card name, so if it's a company card, it will be the name of the company. If you would like for this name to appear in the call log, please create a new person card.
