Why am I getting an 'unable to print' and 'unable to email' error while creating and after creation of an invoice (for 1 specific client)?

Why am I getting an 'unable to print' and 'unable to email' error while creating and after creation of an invoice (for 1 specific client)?

After I select the template during invoice creation, I get an 'unable to print error'. If I say ok, the invoice is still created, but I am unable to print or email that invoice.
