  • Hello Ruth,

Thank you for using our Community site. It sounds like there is an issue with the connection between LEAP and Microsoft 365. To reset this connection, we would suggest performing a repair of LEAP. To do this you will need to do the following:

    1. Close LEAP, as well as Outlook/Word/Excel

    2. Click on the Windows start menu in the bottom left hand corner of your machine

    3. Type appwiz.cpl in the search bar and click enter

    4. Search for LEAP in the list of programs listed

    5. Right click on LEAP and select repair. Once this is completed, you will need to restart LEAP on your machine and the issue should be resolved.

If you face further issue, please create a ticket with our Help Desk by emailing support@leap.us or you can open a chat by clicking the orange support button here on our community website, community.leap.us.

    Kind regards,

    Misty Petty

We continue to have this same issue on a random basis. Running LEAP & 365 repairs over and over does not seem like an appropriate resolution!
