Nicola Cucciniello (Customer) asked a question.
I'm beyond frustrated by how long it took me to export just 20 cases yesterday. There is no way this is the only option to export matters to a hard drive when an attorney is leaving. I haven't even tackled the big cases yet because I don't have another 9 hours available. Why does it only ask if you want to export the first 100 documents in a folder, but doesn't export the rest? Which are the first 100 - the newest or oldest in the folder? Am I expected to count 100 documents and then export the rest? When exporting, why does it put emails in a new individual folder on the hard drive? None of this procedure makes any sense. Attorneys change firms all the time and take their clients with them. Does anyone have a better way to copy client matters?

8 months and still no answer??
This really is a major issue that needs to be addressed. Not just when attorneys change firms, but also when a client wants a copy of their entire file on a thumb drive/CD/etc.
