We have had this issue on our Simple Will and our Health Care Proxy templates which we created. Sometimes it works and other times it doesn't. Printing seems to be the culprit. We've had ongoing issues with printing causing this but also an error and it has been months with no action taken by Leap support even though we are told it is a known issue. There is an update. I'm afraid to update because that tends to cause more problems!

As you can see, I've had a support ticket opened for this issue since August 1st with no response from support.
