Is it possible to add a document from Leap into a reply email on Outlook?

I have not been able to figure out how to add documents directly from Leap to reply emails. Right now, I am having to save the document from Leap to my computer and then email the document from there. Does anyone know if there is a more efficient way to do this or a way to add the document directly from Leap without creating a new email thread?

    Hi Scott,

    Thanks for the question.

    You can indeed attach a file to a reply Outlook email.

    1. Open the email - do not use the viewer window as it will not work
    2. Save to matter
    3. Once saved to matter, the LEAP ribbon will display options, select Insert a file from the matter via LawConnect
    4. Search for or select the file to attach to the email
    5. If you do not want to use Law Connect the select Basic Attachment option

      Gene,

      1) what is the "viewer window"? Where do I need to be looking at the email? on the website? on the app? On outlook>

      2) I cannot find any option that states "insert a file from the matter via LawConnect". Where do I begin to look for this?
