  • Hi Kimberly,

Thank you for reaching out. If there are many documents from a matter that you would like to send to a user, you can highlight each specific document by holding the "Ctrl" key as you click which documents you want send. Also, you can press the "Ctrl" key and the "A" key to highlight all correspondences at once. Lastly, you can hold shift while selecting documents to select/highlight documents within a certain range. For example, select the 10th correspondence/document, then hold the shift key and select the 20th correspondence/document, all documents from (and including) the 10th to the 20th will become selected. Then you can right click any highlighted document, and "share" from there.
