Terry Rees (Customer) asked a question.
I’m new to Leap. Data from Time Matters was imported including archive file numbers. Leap shows the Matters imported show as In Progress, but they need to be archived. To locate prior files, I need to retain the old number; I will not auto assign archive numbers until after all the old matters are archived in Leap with the old archive file numbers.
When I try to archive the matters in Leap, Leap tells me I need to assign archive matter numbers even though there are old numbers in the field. If I am in Matters, the archive file number field is disabled. If I multiselect Matters and then try to archive them, I get a list view of those Matters. I then select the matters to be archived, tell Leap to archive them, but then get the error message that I need to assign each matter an archive file number. Another user has in this list view a field for archive matter number and can manually re-enter the correct number and complete the archive process.
My problem is that in that same list view, I do not have a column for the field of the archive file number. Therefore, I cannot archive these Matters.
