Has anyone else had an issue with saving documents to a matter and then having them populate in a different matter?
We have had issues where a documents is saved to a client matter, that matter is then saved and closed but the next matter that gets opened has a copy of that document showing in the matter. We then have to save and close out of the 2nd matter to make the document disappear? Has anyone else had this issue?

Happens to us all of the time. Emails as well at times but mostly documents.
We've had that happen with emails. I'll send an email out in one matter, say transmitting an invoice. The next matter I open has a copy of the email I just sent out. But if I try to delete it from the new matter, it sometimes deletes the original from the first matter
