One attorney's time sheet is not responding. He hits new entry and it says not responding. We've restarted both Leap and his computer

    Please try having him sync his timesheet. Have him go to: Timesheet - Tools - Sync. Please have him do this 2x consecutively to see if the timesheet will respond, if it does not, please reach out to us at support@leap.us so a technician can log in a take a look at his computer.
