Thank you for reaching out to us here on our community page. This sounds like a syncing issue. Please go to: Timesheet - Tools - Sync. Please do this 2x if it does not work, please reach out to us via email (support@leap.us) so that we can take a look for you.
We have found that if you leave time sheet open over a day or two it will double up the entries as well.
