I select New Task under Calendar & Tasks in Leap. The window pops up for a second before closing my Outlook.

@Mario Escobedo (Customer) Thank You for reaching out to us. This issue may require a repair of LEAP. The steps to repair LEAP are as follows:
Steps To Repair LEAP
1. Close LEAP, as well as Outlook/Word/Excel
2. Click on the Windows start menu in the bottom left-hand corner of your machine
3. Type appwiz.cpl in the search bar and click enter
4. Search for LEAP in the list of programs listed
5. Right-click on LEAP and select repair
Once this is completed, you will need to restart LEAP on your machine and the issue should be resolved.
