Since they updated Leap, I can't scan directly into leap. It worked great before. I use a Xerox scanner.

We are still actively working on this, however, a work around is available. You will need to download the files separately from here if you need to scan from a TWAIN scanner - Security Update for Microsoft XML Core Services 4.0 Service Pack 3 (KB2758694)

We tried that with LEAP's tech support. The problem persists.
It worked for me. The update must be installed as an administrator.
We did install it with admin credentials. The scanner still cannot scan to LEAP.
The popup window in LEAP said download this file:
"Security Update for Microsoft XML Core Services 4.0 Service Pack 3 for x64-based Systems (KB2758694)"
This is a 5/30/2017 security update! Is this correct?
Scanning to LEAP is critical to my organization and this needs to be a priority fix.
