Has anyone had any issues with timekeeper classifications missing on the E-Billing screen? Any ideas on how to fix?

When I am reviewing the E-Billing screen to ensure that all necessary fields are present before I generate/download the LEDES bills, the timekeeper classifications are missing on certain matters for certain timekeepers, but this does not happen on every bill. I have set up the classifications for the staff on their Member profiles, so I am not sure why classifications are missing on some bills but are present on other bills. Any ideas on how to fix this so I don't have this issue moving forward? This has been happening since my firm started using LEAP.


  • Hi Michael. That's not something we've encountered. Timekeeper Classification should always automatically populate based on the Qualification field entered on that staff member's record in the Application Settings screen.

     

    If you have an example of an invoice where that is not happening, I would suggest raising a chat session when convenient to speak to one of the support team, so that they can investigate further.
