Who decided it was a good idea to limit the date range in matter reports? I had to run the Matter Opened report SIX TIMES, and then combine it all in Excel, just to get all the data I needed for the task I was doing.

And this is a recent change. I know for a fact I could run this report from 1/1/1900 at one point (Leap Support GAVE me that solution), and it's only recently that I now can't.

    This change was implemented for technical reasons. Running the entire list was putting a heavy amount of strain on the servers. As an alternative: Operating Account > Matter Balances and set: Matters = All Matters (if they want archived files) and Inc Matters with Nil Balances = Yes
