We have an archived matter that is showing up when we enter time entries. Has this happened to anyone else before?

Hi Nicole -
When you are entering time entries, are they for dates before the matter was archived? If not, we may need to investigate this further with a remote support session. We recommend that you reach out to the Helpdesk at support@leap.us if this is the case.
