Hi Gail. This is a known issue to LEAP. Our developers are working on it as a top priority. You will be notified via email/telephone once the issue has been resolved. Thank you for reaching out to us.
This is what we have been told. I am just surprised no one else seems to be concerned about this issue. Banking is impossible without the imports. I would like to know how others are handling this. Two weeks is a lot of time to be behind in bookkeeping. We are going to have a big increase the amount of work/time it takes
just trying to catch up once it is resolved.
Good morning Gail. This has been reported by several firms. I am not aware of a workaround at this time. Again, our developers are investigating and working towards a resolution with the highest priority.
Lori, The GL is not exporting again, today 7/6/22. Support says it is a know issue, again. All I know is I am trying to close my month / quarter and I am unable to export last week's GL transactions.
Hi Gail,
As of today, Wednesday, May 4, 2022, we are pleased to inform you that this issue has been resolved. To sync the journals, please follow the steps below:
In LEAP, navigate to Menu > Accounting > General Ledger
Select the errored Journals
Click on the "Selected Items" button at the top right of the page
Click on change Status
Set the status to not exported
Save the status
Click on Sync
Allow the export to take some time to send the journals to Quickbooks. Should the issue persist, please reach back out to the helpdesk.
