  • LEAP is both a desktop and cloud application. Because of this, there are local copies of information saved into LEAP desktop. To free up space, we suggest you follow these steps:

    1. Hold the Windows + R keys until a box titled "Run" opens

    2. Enter %localappdata

    3. In the file explorer window that opens, select the folder LEAP Desktop

    4. Go to the folder titled User

    5. Click the top folder (it will be in hexidecimal)

    6. Inside, there will be a folder titled Send. This is where unsynced documents are, do not enter this folder.

    7. Underneath the Send folder, you should see a series of documents with hexidecimal titles. Those are all local copies and can be deleted.

    8. Repeat this for every folder within the LEAP Desktop User folderLong term, we suggest that users acquire more storage, as local copies allow for faster response time in LEAP.
