It seems that it used to be when I received an email from someone I could click "save to matter," and then reply to the email and the reply would be automatically assigned to the same matter.
Now I have to go to the "sent items" folder and save the reply to the matter. I often wish to save both the incoming email and the outgoing reply, and it makes sense that if an incoming email is saved to a matter that the reply to that email would also be saved.

Our developers have identified the issue and we anticipate an update that should bring back the previously described process. We anticipate this to be available in the coming days upon completion of rigorous testing.
