We have a few that were checked wrongly and now they won't open for me? I am the manager & they were checked off opposite of what they should have been? Meaning the person blocked is only one that would have permission. This happens to be someone that only works occasionally and is listed as Current Staff Member. I thought if I created a login, went in & fixed these & then disabled login again - that might work. However, looks like that would be a charge of another license that we don't need? I am also the Admin Access, how can I fix these matters?
