Sara Bingham (Customer) asked a question.
In our firm, one person handles the scheduling for all attorneys. The way I imagined doing this is to give that person access to the attorneys' calendars and let the person schedule appointments as needed. Doing that, and adding it to a matter, seems to work fine. However, when that person goes in to edit the event (to add documents needed for the appointment), and then tries to open it from LEAP again, LEAP gives a notice saying the event is no longer recognized by the default calendar and prompts to re-add the event to the scheduler's calendar. I don't want this. Is there a workaround? How do other firms schedule for their attorneys without attorney involvement?

Hi @Sara Bingham (Customer),
Thank you for posting on LEAP Community Discussions. A LEAP representative will be in touch to review options with you.
Kind regards,
