Hi @Barry Shrum (Customer)
Thank you for posting on LEAP Community Discussions.
There is not a direct way to export Cards from LEAP to Outlook however you can create an Excel file of your Contacts from the Client Details report, convert it to a CSV file and import it into Outlook. Information on the Client Details report can be found at here.
If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to reach the Helpdesk by clicking the orange Support button in the lower right-hand corner of any window in the LEAP Community.
Kind Regards,
Shaiefa Fletcher

Does it work the other way, too? If you can export to Excel from LEAP, can you import an excel file into LEAP to create cards?

Hi Charles, my post about this is a year old but as far as I know this still is a real problem and the answer to your question is no, unfortunately, there is no way to import Outlook contacts into LEAP.

This seems like an easy fix. Why has leap not addressed this. Does Leap have a problem with Microsoft?

This is an issue with our firm as well. Leap needs to address this problem

This would be nice - to be able to sync or create a contact in Leap directly from Outlook!
