 Don't know if this is part of installing & setting up as there are different categories and none seem to fit. I have had LEAP for at least a year, so you pick the category for the question.

    i am getting not only this message but now one that says LEAP was unable to connect to server. Please make sure that "LEAP office expressNet Client " service is running and then restart LEAP. please help me.

    • Hi Lee! Thank you for reaching out to us here. For this please try the following:

      Something may have interfered with LEAP, and we suggest stopping services:

      1.      Right Click on your Windows start button and select Task Manager.

      2.      Click the Services tab and search for the service called "LEAP Office Express Net Client" (it may also appear as "LeapOfficeXE")

      3.      Right-Click on that Service and select Start/Restart (whichever one of those is available).

      4.      Once the Status Column next to the LEAP Services is "Running", try to sign in again.

      If that above does not work, please Repair LEAP.

       

      1. Control Panel
      2. Programs
      3. Programs & Features
      4. Locate LEAP - right click repair (if repair is not an option but change is there, click that then repair).
      5. Restart your computer

      If none of the above works to rectify this situation, we recommend you please reach the Helpdesk by clicking the orange Support button in the lower right-hand
