How to transfer operating funds from one matter to another

    Hi @ROSALEE MCDANIEL (Customer)​ 

     

    Thank you for posting on LEAP Community Discussions. An operating balance may be any of the following:  

     

    • An unbilled expense. Transfer instructions can be found here.
    • An outstanding invoice. It would need to be written off and then a new invoice can be created on the new matter if there is a balance. Instructions on writing off an invoice can be found here.
    • Transferring a retainer balance held in the operating account. Instructions can be found here.
