+When I print the invoice, it will create a second invoice for the interest on the past due balances (but no indication what that past balance was). Needless to say that is confusing.

We have to run invoices in several batches. It's the only way I found it was possible.

    • Standard Invoices - These are the invoices with ongoing charges with or without trust balances.
    • Statement Mailings - These are the invoices that go out to people with ONLY an accounts receivable balance, but no new time/expenses entered.
    • Trust Statements - These are the invoices that go out to clients with no new time/expenses entered, but they have trust balances. I've inserted screenshots below of the instructions I typed up.

As far as making sure the total balance is on the invoice, you may need help from your LEAP customer support contact about how to add customized fields into the invoices.
