I have a new client, I have not given them a new client number or matter number, I made their card and they do not show on the client list, only on the card list. I tried to open a "New matter" and I am locked out of saving anything. How do I add a new cl

    Hi Elizabeth

     

    If you have created a card but not a matter for it, then I'd recommend going to that card, selecting the Matters tab then right clicking in the middle of the page and selecting New Matter - this will create a matter with that card as the client. You then just need to choose the matter type, enter the matter details and continue as normal.

     

    If you find that you have any issues with this approach, please can you raise a chat session when convenient on the main community page and one of the team will be happy to troubleshoot it with you.
