CommunityWhat do you do if a party's email address that you entered keeps showing up as undeliverable when you try to send an email? This is occurring with multiple clients at my firm that we have the correct email addresses for.

  • Hi Mandel

There's a quick solution for this issue - if you go to your inbox and look in the ribbon at the top of the page for the LEAP Save to Matter button (in the Home tab). There will be a little arrow in the bottom right corner. Click that.

From the window that appears, untick Use Outlook Addressbook and click OK. If you then restart Outlook, you should find that the issue goes away entirely.

If the above doesn't work for you, please do raise a chat session or log a case with us and we can investigate this further.

    Kind Regards
