CommunityLeap for outlook worked perfectly - now it doesn't. I've logged out, checked the settings in outlook and still no joy. I can click the save to matter button and it works fine but not the leap for outlook feature. Any ideas?

    Hi Robert - if you're finding yourself having problems with the LEAP for Outlook add-in (as opposed to the Save to Matter button) I would recommend clicking the cog in the upper right to sign out of your LEAP account in the add-in, then signing back in and trying again. If you find that this doesn't rectify the issue, please raise a chat session or log a Support case using the link at the bottom of this page when convenient.

    Logging out and back in did not resolve the issue. Stange because it worked perfectly for a long time and then just stopped. Also my assistant was never able to get it to work.
