Why aren't invoices updated in RapidPay for payment reminders when the invoices are updated in LEAP?

Why aren't invoices updated in RapidPay for payment reminders when the invoices are updated in LEAP?

We have many clients on payment plans and after their payment I change the invoice due date, but it rarely (if ever) updates in RapidPay. The payment reminders were a big selling point for us switching to LEAP but they're kind of pointless if they can't be updated. It's bad enough that the default is to have ALL the reminders set to "ON" and I had to turn them off for each client that didn't need one.

 

Also, I can't send texts through RapidPay because it's not reading phone numbers from LEAP.

 

I have made a support call to leap and the problem was being "elevated" but I have never heard back.

 

Any help out there?

    Furthermore, regarding sending texts via RapidPay, they need to be in the format +12225557777 for the system to send messages. Can you check the formatting, if you are still experiencing issues please let our support team know so they can also investigate this.
