LawConnect and eSignature

Having problems requesting eSignature through LawConnect. Shares documents fine, and seems to set up signable documents okay, but when I try to send the eSignature request I receive a message that

 

"Validating email address associated with the card fails in eSignature request."

 

Same result for multiple matters, and email addresses are correct (new user, so no history of working/not working).

 

Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?
